A Rhythm Wellness Club membership is an annual commitment, billed in four quarterly instalments of $249 USD. By joining, you are committing to one full year of membership.
You have three (3) calendar days from your sign-up date to decide if Rhythm is right for you. If you cancel within that window by emailing hello@rhythmwellnessclub.com in writing, you will receive a full refund.
After the three-day window, your annual commitment begins and no refunds are issued for the remainder of that year, including for any unused portion of your membership.
If you do not wish to renew for a second year, you must notify us in writing at hello@rhythmwellnessclub.com at least 29 days before your membership’s renewal date. Cancellation requests made after that point are not eligible for a refund of the upcoming renewal.
Everything you access through the Rhythm app — including your personalised plan, seasonal frameworks, Sanctuary Studio content, and community materials — is provided for your own personal, non-commercial use as a member. Publicly posting, reproducing, or distributing Rhythm content outside the app or platform, in any format, is not permitted without our prior written consent.
Rhythm provides educational wellness guidance and foundational health support. It is not medical care, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Rhythm is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or other qualified medical provider, and does not create a private 1:1 clinical client–practitioner relationship.
Rhythm Wellness Club, its practitioners, and its team are not responsible for your individual health outcomes and make no guarantees about predicting or preventing the onset of any disease or condition. Your personal information and health intake are kept confidential. By joining Rhythm, you agree that we may share your positive feedback, wins, or testimonials on our social media channels or in marketing materials.
